Halloween 2008

I think I have come up with a theme for this year. Of course every year I pick a theme and then I seem to change it. If we manage to have a party this year (as far was we know there are no major surgeries scheduled this year!) our theme will be some sort of vampire theme. I know, how cliche. But who doesn't love a vampire? There are a few things I have always wanted to do that would fit perfectly into a vampire theme. I already ordered our fangs so hopefully I don't change my mind. Virlena is in charge of the basement this year. She already has some good ideas we are both excited about. We are having our typicl disagreement on how to set up the basement though. She always wants to dance floor where it always has been every year and I always want it in the lounge area. Some how she usually ends up winning that argument every year. I am drawing some of my decorating inspiration for a wreath I found at Target. It was on sale after Christmas. The first thing I thought of when I saw it was how perfect it would be for Halloween this year. As you can see it is a wonderful shade of blood red.
